Black Bean Chili With Beef Ingredients

3 cup cooked black beans	3 beef bouillon cubes - (to 4) or beef base
1 pound stew beef cubed	1 teaspoon ground cumin
3 tablespoon bacon grease	1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 cup chopped onion	1 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped green peppers	Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
1 cup diced green chilies	1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
3 tablespoon tomato paste

Instructions for Black Bean Chili With Beef

Brown stew beef in bacon grease with onion and green pepper. Combine all ingredients except cheese and cook 6 to 8 hours on LOW.

Sprinkle cheese over individual servings.
