San Francisco Seafood Casserole Ingredients

1 large Onion chopped1 t Salt
6 tb Celery diced1/8 t Pepper
1/2 can (12 oz) Cream of celery soup 1 lb Crab cooked
1/2 can (12 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup 1/2 lb Shrimp cooked
1 c Cooked wild or brown rice 1/2 large Green Pepper chopped
1 c Cooked white rice 1/2 c Cream
1 c Sharp Cheddar grated1/2 c Almonds sliced

Instructions for San Francisco Seafood Casserole

Saute onion, green pepper and celery in butter. Add soups and cream. Mix well. Blend in remaining ingredients gently and put in large 9x13 casserole dish. Top with almond slices. Bake for 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
