Chilled Make-Ahead Summer Oatmeal Ingredients

16 oz Yogurt plain or flavored3 tb Almonds whole, coarsely chopped
2 c Old Fashioned Oatmeal or unsweetend Swiss-style Mu 1 tb Pumpkin Seeds or sunflower seeds
2 c Peach nectar or apricot nectar or milke or rice milk or soy milk or combo1 pinch Cinnamon
2 large Peaches coarse pureed1 pinch Cardamon
1 c Blueberries

Instructions for Chilled Make-Ahead Summer Oatmeal

In large serving bowl combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Before serving you can fold in 1/4 C. well-chilled whipped cream.
