Karen's Meatballs Ingredients

5 pounds Ground beef lean Gravy
1 large Egg 6 cubes Beef bouillon
2 package Onion soup mix 6 cups Water
1 cup Milk 2 can (10 1/4oz) Golden mushroom soup
3/4 cup Corn Flake crumbs 2 can (10 1/4oz) Cream of celery soup
1/2 cup Western Salad Dressing

Instructions for Karen's Meatballs

Mix meatball ingredients together in a large bowl. Shape by hand to make two inch round balls. Place rolled balls in a casserole dish and bake at 350 untill golden brown. Meanwhile add water and bouillon cubes to a pan and bring water to a boil. When bouillon cubes are dissolved, add soups and stir. Pour over browned meatballs and continue to stir occasionally for another hour of baking time.
