Chicken Tacos with Lime-Cilantro Crema
4 Servings
100% would make this recipe for Chicken Tacos with Lime-Cilantro Crema again.
This is a recipe I adapted from a fish taco recipe. I make it with leftover chicken but you can season raw chicked and cook it in a skillet in minutes. You can use fat free mayo and fat free sour cream to decrease fat & calories. I serve it with Pinto Salad.

Very Good.. Whole family loved it. I did make a few changes. 1) I just used McCormics Taco seasoning on the chicken about 3 Tbs. 2) I also soaked and cooked the chick in 1/2 of a lime juiced, 1/2 of a lemon juiced, and 1/2 of an orange juiced. 3) I cubed the chicken also. Was very good and the Crema add a nice flavor to it.
