Pork Chops With Orange Glaze Ingredients

2 teaspoon Vegetable oil 3 tablespoon Orange marmalade
4 each Pork chops bone in, about 1 3/4lb1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions for Pork Chops With Orange Glaze

Preheat oven to 350F / 180C / Gas Mark 4

In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, warm oil. Add pork chops and brown, 6 to 7 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer chops to a lightly sprayed or oiled 8-by-10-inch glass baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix together marmalade and mustard. Spread evenly over the chops. Cover and bake until chops are tender and barely pink in the center, 25 to 30 minutes.
