Honey Roast Chicken Ingredients

1/2 stick Butter 1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Onion minced1 teaspoon Curry powder
2 cloves Garlic minced2 tablespoon Mango chutney
1/4 cup Dijon mustard 1 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Mild honey 1 Chicken cut up or 3lbs of parts

Instructions for Honey Roast Chicken

To Make sauce: melt butter in small sauce pan over medium heat, saute onion and garlic til soft 3-5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except chicken. Stir til combined and heated through and set aside.

Prepare chicken-rinse and pat dry dip into sauce and lay on baking sheet. pour any remaining sauce over chicken.

Place into cold oven, turn heat to 400 degrees and bake 1 hour.

Serve warm or slightly chilled.
