Cook squash with onions & salt.
Add 1 tbs. margarine and 1 tbs. flour.
Stir and add egg and milk.
Cover with grated sharp cheese and cracker crumbs mixed with 2 tbsp. butter.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour. 3 recipes makes a 9 X 13 pan.
