Creamed Corn Bread Ingredients

2 tablespoon Unsalted butter melted1/2 cup Milk
1 cup Flour 1/2 cup Sour cream
3/4 cup Yellow corn meal 1 large Egg
3 teaspoon Baking powder 1/3 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Course Salt 14 3/4 ounce Creamed corn

Instructions for Creamed Corn Bread

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Butter an 8" square pan and set aside.

Combine flour, corn meal, baking powder, and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk together milk, sour cream, egg, sugar and butter in a small bowl. Stir in creamed corn. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until well combined.

Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes or until set and golden brown on top. Cool slightly before cutting in to squares.
