Blueberries and Cream Ingredients

4 cups Blueberries picked through, washed and cleaned 2 tablespoons Sugar
2 cups Half-and-half cream; or Whole Milk or Cream

Instructions for Blueberries and Cream

Wash blueberries, picking out any stems.

In a decorative glass, put blueberries. Top with half-and-half and sugar.

Try this instead of the cream and sugar: Fat-free or low-fat vanilla yogurt diluted with enough milk (or half-and-half) to make a somewhat-thick-yet-fluid sauce. Yummy. :-9
