Refridgerator No Bake Cookies GLUTEN-FREE Ingredients

6 ounce Semisweet chocolate gluten-free chips1 teaspoon Vanilla extract I use real
1 cup Skim milk or dairy substitute1 cup Cream of Buckwheat dry
1/2 cup Peanut butter gluten-free

Instructions for Refridgerator No Bake Cookies GLUTEN-FREE

Melt chocolate chips, milk and peanut butter in medium saucepan on medium high heat.
Stir constantly and bring to a boil. Add vanilla and off heat.
Work quickly and stir in dry buckwheat.
Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet, let cool slightly and then put cookies in refridgerator until they are firm.
