Spinach Quiche Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Milk	1 cup Ham diced
1/2 cup Baking mix	1 can (12 oz) Spinach drained
3/4 stick Butter	1/2 Onion diced
4 Eggs	1 cup Cheese shredded

Instructions for Spinach Quiche

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.

Put into a pie pan and bake for 45 minutes at 350.

Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
