Jacqueline's Black bean salad Ingredients

4 Roma tomato chopped1/2 cup Lemon juice
1 Orange pepper chopped1/4 cup Olive oil
1 Avocado chopped2 tbsp Ketchup
1/4 cup Green onion chopped1 tsp Cumin 1
1 Green pepper chopped1/2 tsp Seasoning salt
1/2 cup Almonds slivered1/4 tsp Cayenne
1/4 cup Sesame seeds squirt Frank's hot sauce optional
19 ounce Black beans (primo) drained, rinsed

Instructions for Jacqueline's Black bean salad

Drain & rinse black beans. Chop all the vegetables and keep raw. Mix all the remaining ingredients and pour into the bean and vegetables. Can be served immediately or kept in the fridge for a few days.

Just before eating, sprinkle the seeds of choice in your plate.

FOR MEAT LOVERS:
Add cooked shrimp
