Burgundy Chicken Ingredients

4 Chicken breasts halves boneless, skinless1/2 pound Small red potatoes quartered
1 teaspoon Thyme 10 Mushrooms quartered
1 cup Onion chopped1 can (14.5oz) Cut tomatoes NSA
2 cloves Garlic minced1 1/2 cup Dry red wine
2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions for Burgundy Chicken

Sprinkle chicken with thyme and salt-free herb seasoning, if desired. Cook chicken, onion and garlic in oil in large skillet 6 minutes per side. Remove chicken.

Add remaining ingredients to skillet.

Cook, uncovered, over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Add chicken, cook until ckicken is on longer pink in center. Goes well with a green salad.
