Taco Meatloaf Ingredients

1 pound Ground beef 1 package TACO SEASONING
1 Egg 3 slices American Cheese
1/2 cup Ritz Crackers Salsa

Instructions for Taco Meatloaf

Combine hamburger, egg, cracker crumbs, and taco seasoning and mix well. Place half of the meat mixture into loaf pan. Place three slices of cheese then top off with generous amount salsa and bake in 375 oven for about 35 min. Remove from oven and top with with cheese. If desired then return for appox. 10 more min. or until it's done.

This recipe is the bizness! Sincerely. For a start, I have made this recipe now in 3 different ovens, at least one of them a gas oven, the others electric and it turns out perfectly EVERY SINGLE time. I love it. Also, sometimes I substitute broken up corn chips (Doritos) instead of crackers...

Although this recipe is great on it's own, I had to add a few things that my family are used to in a mexican dish. For instance: cilantro, garlic, cumin, and lime juice. My husband likes to eat this with some hot peppers also.
