This is the recipe from the Kitchen Plus 2000 chopper demonstration that they put on every year at the State Fair of Texas. It's great as a dip on chips, or as a side dish to all types of Mexican food.

Pico De Gallo Ingredients

3 ea Ripe Roma tomatoes ends cut off and quartered1 teaspoon Lawry's season salt
1/4 medium Onion 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
4 ea Sprigs of fresh cilantro or more to taste2 medium Jalapeno peppers stems and seeds removed
2 cloves Garlic

Instructions for Pico De Gallo

Chop the garlic fine or mince it. Add the garlic and remaining ingredients to a chopper or a blender (if using a blender, use the chop setting off and on quickly to make a course chop). Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
