Spicy Sausage Balls Ingredients

1 pound Owens Hot Sausage 1 tablespoon Dried sage
2 cups Bisquick 1 tablespoon Dried parsley
4 cups Shredded cheddar cheese or Monterrey Jack or mixed2 tablespoon Chopped pickled jalapeno
1/8 teaspoon Salt 2 ea Green onions chopped fine - use tops
1/8 teaspoon Pepper 2 tablespoon Water

Instructions for Spicy Sausage Balls

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray two cookie sheets with non-stick cooking spray. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with your hands. Form into 1 inch balls and place them on baking sheets leaving some space between them so you can turn them over. Bake 15 minutes and then turn them over. Bake an additional 15 minutes and transfer to serving dish. If you have leftovers, they are good reheated in the microwave.
