Watermelon and Ginger Sharbat Ingredients

4 lb Watermelon; chilled Water
3 tb Fresh ginger root; pureed, Sugar; to taste
2 tb Fresh lime juice Crushed ice; to serve

Instructions for Watermelon and Ginger Sharbat

Cut the watermelon in wedges, remove and discard the rind and seeds. Blend the flesh in a food processor with the ginger and lime juice. Add water if the mixture is too thick.
