Maryland Crab Cakes Ingredients

1 pound Crabmeat cooked, flaked1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 Egg beaten1/4 teaspoon White pepper
1 1/4 cups Mayonnaise 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne to taste
1/4 cup Bread crumbs 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
4 Green onions white part, thinly sliced2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions for Maryland Crab Cakes

Mix all ingredients and form individual-sized patties. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 4 - 8 hours.

Melt butter with oil. Fry the patties until they are golden brown. Drain and serve.
