Chinese Beef and Cabbage Ingredients

1 pound Lean ground beef -browned and drained14 ounces Canned chop suey vegetables -drained
1 small Onion -thinly sliced2 tablespoons Soy sauce
5 cloves Garlic -minced1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
10 ounces Cabbage -finely shredded

Instructions for Chinese Beef and Cabbage

Combine browned, drained beef with onion and garlic in medium skillet.

Saute until onion becomes soft and translucent.

Add soy and Tabasco sauces; stir well.

Add cabbage and cover skillet, cook over medium heat until cabbage wilts.

Stir in chop suey vegetables, cover and heat through.
