Chinese Beef and Cabbage Ingredients
1 pound Lean
ground beef
-browned and drained
14 ounces Canned chop suey vegetables -
drain
ed
1 small
Onion
-thinly sliced
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
5 cloves
Garlic
-minced
1 teaspoon
Tabasco
sauce
10 ounces
Cabbage
-finely shredded
Instructions for Chinese Beef and Cabbage
Combine browned, drained beef with onion and garlic in medium skillet.
Saute until onion becomes soft and translucent.
Add soy and Tabasco sauces; stir well.
Add cabbage and cover skillet, cook over medium heat until cabbage wilts.
Stir in chop suey vegetables, cover and heat through.
Per Serving: 351 Calories; 24g Fat (61.3% calories from fat); 23g Protein; 11g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; 85mg Cholesterol; 1133mg Sodium.
