Preparation

Place Chuck Roast in Crockpot. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour

over roast and cook on high for 3 hours and lower heat to low for 2

more. You can also add cubed potatoes and baby carrots after about two

hours.

This was excellent and so easy!! It was great with mashed potatoes since it yields so much yummy gravy. I cooked it 2 hours on high and 5 on low.

My family doesn''t like mushrooms so I didn''t add them but it just fell apart. I cooked this on high for 6 hours in the crock since it was a cheaper piece of meat.
