Hummus Ingredients

3 pound Chickpeas 6 ounce Tahini
6 each Lemon , juice of3 ounce Olive oil extra virgin
8 cloves Garlic chopped

Instructions for Hummus

Soak peas in water overnight.

In a pot of rapidly boiling water, cook the chickpeas until tender. Drain and chill thoroughly (reserve broth).

Place chickpeas in a food processor with the remaining ingredients and puree until smooth. Add broth as needed.

serve with triangles of pita bread
