Almond Joy Protein Bars Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces Unsweetened baking
chocolate
1 cup Designer Whey protein
chocolate
flavor
2 tablespoons
Butter
1 1/4 cups
Almond
s chopped
2 tablespoons Heavy
cream
1 cup Unsweetened
coconut
meat grated
5 packets
Splenda
more or less, to taste
2 tablespoons Sugar-free syrup
coconut
flavor
Instructions for Almond Joy Protein Bars
Heat chocolate and butter in microwave, stirring every minute, until melted and smooth.
Stir in cream and Splenda.
Add protein powder, almonds and coconut and mix together well.
Sprinkle syrup over all and mix, using hands to "knead" mixture thoroughly.
Pat into a small baking pan or plastic container.
Chill then cut into small bars.
Per Serving: 301 Calories; 26g Fat (72.7% calories from fat); 13g Protein; 10g Carbohydrate; 4g Dietary Fiber; 24mg Cholesterol; 66mg Sodium.
