Ingredients
- 8 ounce Cream cheese softened
- 8 ounce Unsalted butter softened (2 sticks)
- 2 cups All purpose flour

- 1 can (12 oz) Apricot pie filling
Preparation
Using paddle attachment, blend first 3 ingredients in mixer bowl. Refrigerate dough one hour.
Roll paper thin on well-floured board. Cut circles and put teaspoon of filling in center. Seal edges with wet fingertips and fork tines. Preheat oven to 375. Place pastries on ungreased cookie sheet and chill until very cold. From refrigerator, place directly in oven.
Sprinkle granulated sugar on top and bake 20 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
