Cappuccino Mousse Pie

Make this several hours before serving. This recipe is not overly sweet, so if you like a sweeter dessert, add more sugar.

Ingredients


Preparation

Microwave chocolate chips until softened. Set aside.

Mix heavy cream, coffee granules, sugar and vanilla in large bowl until coffee granules dissolve. Beat with mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.

Remove and reserve 1 1/2 cups coffee whipped cream. Gently stir (fold) melted chocolate into remaining whipped cream until well blended. Spread evenly in crust.

Spread and swirl reserved coffee whipped cream over mousse. Chill until set, at least 1 hour.

Garnish with chocolate curls and strawberries prior to serving (optional).
