Frostings/icings Ingredients

Vanilla Buttercream Icing Chocolate Buttercream Icing
_________________________ _________________________
1/2 cup Butter softened6 ounce Dark chocolate morsels melted
3 ounce Cream cheese softened =================
16 ounce Confectioners Sugar softed =================
1/4 cup Milk Coconut Buttercream
1 teaspoon Vanilla _________________________
================= 1/4 cup Cream of coconut
=================

Instructions for Frostings/icings

Beat butter and cream cheese at medium spped until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating at low speed until blended. Increase speed to medium and slowly add milk and vanilla, beating until smooth.

Chocolate Buttercream Icing

Prepare icing as above, gradually adding melted chocolate and blending until smooth.


Coconut Buttercream
___________________________

Prepare as above, sustituting 1/4 cup cream of coconut for the milk.
