Good peanut butter biscuits with choc chips by Bill Grainger. These cookies are not too sweet and by pressing the mixture firmly into the scoop, they have a nice shape too

First, I have to admit that I don't bake much besides bread, but I thought I'd give these a try. The flavor was excellent, but I ran into a few problems... my "dough" came out very dry at first (pretty crumbly, actually), so I added some more peanut butter (about 1/2 cup), another teaspoon of butter, and one more egg until I had something that would sort of stick together. My cookies aren't anywhere as pretty as Joss' lovely photo, but they turned out great as far as taste goes. If anybody has any suggestions for me about fixing the dry-dough problem, I'd love to hear them! --Liz
