Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients

2 cups Carbquik 1/2 cup Erythritol
1 cup Almond flour 1/2 cup Designer whey vanilla flavor
1 teaspoon Baking soda 1 tablespoon Vegetable glycerin
1 cup Polydextrose 1 tablespoon Blackstrap molasses
2 Eggs 1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 1/2 sticks Butter softened2 cups MiniCarb chocolate chips
1/2 cup Splenda bulk 1 cup Walnuts chopped

Instructions for Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 375F. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Combine Carbquik, almond flour, baking soda, and polydextrose in a small bowl, set aside.

Cream butter with sweeteners and protein powder. Bean in eggs, glycerin, molasses and vanilla until smooth.

Gradually beat in Carbquik mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Chill cookie dough for a few minutes before proceeding, and return to refrigerator between batches.

Drop by heaping tablespoon onto prepared baking sheets.

Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let stand for 3-5 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
