Cheesy Chicken Casserole Ingredients

2 lb Chicken cooked Garlic powder to taste
1 c Heavy cream 3/4 c Parmesan cheese divided
6 oz Cream cheese 10 oz Frozen broccoli florets thawed
1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions for Cheesy Chicken Casserole

Remove skin and bones from chicken. Tear into bite-size pieces. Chill.

Meanwhile, stir cream, cream cheese, salt and garlic powder together in the top of a double boiler until smooth and thoroughly heated. Stir in 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.

Preheat oven to 350F.

Arrange broccoli in 2-quart casserole dish.

Pour half of cheese sauce over broccoli, top with chicken, add remaining cheese sauce, then top with remaining parmesan cheese.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
