Ingredients
- 2 Ripe avacados peel and remove seeds
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt or more to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon Pepper or more to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Finely chopped onion
- 1 Tomato finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeno pepper seeded, deveined, and finely chopped (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Pace's picante sauce
Preparation
Mash avacados in a medium sized bowl. A potato masher works great for mashing them. Add the remaining ingredients, mixing well and transfer to serving bowl, if desired. Cover tightly with seran wrap, gently mashing the wrap down against the guacamole. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
