Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 can stewed tomatoes coarsely chopped and undrained (one 14 1/2 oz. can)
- 5 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp. Sugar Twin
- 1/2 cup drained sliced mushooms -- ( one 2.5 oz. jar)
- 1/4 cup grated Kraft Fat Free Parmesan cheese -- (3/4 oz)
- 1 1/2 cup diced cooked chicken breast -- (8 oz)
- 2 cup hot cooked noodles rinsed and drained
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375*. Spary an 8x8 baking dish with olive flavored cooking spray.
In large skillet also sprayed with olive cooking spray saute' onions for 5 minutes. Stir in undrained stewed tomatoes, Sugar Twin, Italian Seasoning and mushrooms. Add Parmesan cheese, chicken and noodles. Mix well to combine. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish.
Bake 30 minutes. Place baking dish on wire rack and let set 5 minutes. Divide into 4 servings.
HINTS: 1 3/4 c. noodles usually cooks to 2 cup
If you don't have leftovers, purchase a chunk of cooked chicken breast from your local deli.
