Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Hellmans Light Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped pimento drained (1 2oz jar)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups cold cooked macaroni rinsed and drained
- sugar substitute to equal 1 T sugar
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, pimento, onion, pickle relish. sugar substitute, mustard, and black pepper. Add macaroni. Mix well to combine. Cover and refridgerate for at least 30 min. Gently stir again just before serving.
