Caramel-apple Salad Ingredients

1 package Sugar Free Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix 4-serving2 oons caramel sauce
2/3 cup Carnation Dry Milk Powder 2 red and Diced Red Delicious Apples 4 small unpeeled
1 cuo unsweetened apple juice 1/4 chopped dry roasted peanuts 1 ounce
3/4 cup Yoplait fat-free yogurt 1/2 cup miniture marshmallows 1 ounce

Instructions for Caramel-apple Salad

In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix, dry milk powder and apple juice. Mix well using a wire whisk. Blend in Cool Whip Free, yogurt and caramel sauce. Add apples, peanuts and marshmallows. Mix gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.

Serves 6 (2/3 cup).

Each serving equals: 174 calories, 2 grams fat, 6 grams protein, 33 grams carbohydrates, 315 milligrams sodium, 160 milligrams calcium and 1 gram fiber.
