Vic,s Vegetable Soup Ingredients
1 can (12 oz)
Corn
1 quart
Tomatoes
1 can (12 oz)
Peas
1 1/2 pounds Stew beef chunks
brown
ed
2 can (12 oz) Green
beans
1 large
Cabbage
1 can (12 oz) Beef
broth
1 can (12 oz)
Tomato
soup
Instructions for Vic,s Vegetable Soup
In a large kettle place the cut up cabbage, the corn ,beans, peas,tomato soup, and tomatoes. then add a qt or more of water start cooking the soup and then brown the stew beef chunks and place them in the kettle along with the beef broth, cook until cabbage is tender. then add salt and pepper to taste Taste like a lot of work has been put into it

this was a great soup! becuase i didn't have stew meat on hand i just used hamburger meat instead and followed the rest of this recipe and me and my husband both loved it.
