A very simple and different way to do Brownies. Fun to make and fun to eat!

Ingredients


Preparation

Heat oven to 350 Line 12 muffin pan with paper cups. In large bowl combine ingredients and beat 50 strokes with spoon, fill cups 2/3 full. Press 1 peanut butter cup in center of batter until the edge of candy is even with the top of the batter. Bake for 20 - 30 min.

Great for bake sale. I used not only the peanut butter cups but used the mini's candy bar bites. Great idea.........easy

A great simple kid friendly recipe. I had my young nieces with me for the weekend and was looking for a simple recipe that we could make together. We found this recipe and the girls (and I) just loved the photo. The girls made one batch and were so pleased with the results that we had to immediately make a second batch which they took to Church and shared with their Sunday School class. So far this week I have received three request for this recipe from the mothers of my nieces classmates.
