Great recipe to make with the kids on a rainy afternoon - perfect size (about as big as a marble) to have more than a couple for a snack.
1. Beat the eggs, add sugar, milk, salt, and mix it well.
2. Then add the flour, and the baking powder last.
3. To fry the dunuts, use a 1/2 tbsp of dough, drop it in a pan with heated oil (enough to cover the whole donut) and fry it for about a minute ( or until it looks golden brown) on medium low heat.
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
Portuguese Instructions:
1. Bater bem os ovos, por o acar, o leite, o sal,
2. Misturar muito bem a farinha de trigo e por ltimo colocar o fermento.
3. Para fritar faa pequenos bolinhos ( o equivalente de 1/2 colher de sopa da respectiva massa, frite no fogo baixo.
4. Polvilhe com canela e acar.
