Sultana Bubble Balls Ingredients
709 19/25 ml
Rice
Bubbles Crushed
118 9/31 ml Sultana
78 1/14 ml
Sugar
125 1/32 g
Butter
Melted
118 9/31 ml Desicated
Coconut
9 6/7 ml
Honey
236 13/22 ml Self Raising
Flour
Sifted
29 4/7 ml Water
Instructions for Sultana Bubble Balls
Preheat oven to 180C.
Combine the rice bubbles, sugar, coconut, flour and sultanas in a large bowl.
Stir in combined butter, honey and water and mix well.
Roll small amounts of mixture into balls with your hands, pressing firmly together and place on a greased or lined baking tray.
Bake uncovered for 10 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool on tray.
