Ingredients
- 1 can (12 oz) Refried beans fat free if desired
- 2 each Tomatoes diced-remove seeds and pulp
- 1 bunch Green onions sliced
- 1 small can Chopped black olives drained (optional)
- 1 cup Prepared guacamole or my guacamole salad recipe posted on bigoven (omit tomatoes fr
- 1 package Taco seasoning
- 1 cup Sour cream fat free if desired
- 2 cups Shredded Mexican blend cheese
- Pickled jalapeno slices optional-for garnish
Preparation
Mix taco seasoning with sour cream in a small bowl. In an 8 x 8 baking dish or pie dish, spread the beans over the bottom of the pan. Layer with tomatoes, then onions, olives, guacamole, sour cream mixture, and sprinkle cheese on top. Garnish with a few jalapeno slices on top, if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips and watch it disappear!
