Ginger Snaps Ingredients

3/4 cups Crisco (Butter Flavored) 1/4 teaspoon Cloves
1 cup Sugar 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
4 tablespoon Molasses 2 cups Flour
1 ea Eggs slightly beaten2 tablespoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Ginger ground1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions for Ginger Snaps

Preheat oven to 325

Beat shortening and sugar just until creamy. Add molasses, egg, spices, baking soda and salt until well blended. Add flour and mix well. Using small cookie scoop, form drops on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Press with sugar coated glass just slightly.

Bake until light brown (8-10 minutes).
