Very easy and super moist. I served this with sour cream. I made up the recipe to compliment brown soup beans.
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
Combine all ingredients until just combined. Pour into pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until cooked through but not dry.
Created from my head July 2007 to go with brown sop beans. Very good served with sour cream.
