Whole Wheat Muffins Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour 1 egg
1/2 cup oil 1 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 cup white flour 1/2 cup raisins
1 cup buttermilk or sour milk1 teaspoon Baking powder
3/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions for Whole Wheat Muffins

Blend dry ingredients. Blend liquids well and add to dry ingredients. Bake at 350?F -375?F for 15 mins.

Makes 12 large muffins or 18 small.
