Ingredients


Preparation

Soak apricots in water for 1/2 hour. Drain and chop or grind them until fine. Beat egg until light and stir in sugar and mix well. Stir in butter. Sift with flour, soda, bkg pdr., and salt. Add orange juice. Add appricots and nuts. Mix well. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees in greased, floured loaf pan.
