Chocolate-Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie Ingredients

1 quart (2 pints) Vanilla Ice Cream	(1) 6-oz Pre-made Chocolate Pie Crust
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter	Chocolate Syrup
1 cup crushed cookies w/ peanut butter cups	Whipped Cream
1/8 cup honey

Instructions for Chocolate-Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie

1. Place a large glass bowl in freezer. Stir peanut butter, honey in medium bowl.
Place ice-cream in bowl from freezer. Add in the mixture of peanut butter and crushed cookies. Mix on low speed until blended nicely.

2. Spoon half of the mixture into the crust. Coat it evenly with as much chocolate syrup as desired. Spoon remaining ice cream over chocolate syrup.

3. Freeze. (Freeze at least a few hours, the longer, the better)

4. Take out, top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup and enjoy!

Yes, there are cookies, I believe Keebler makes them, and they can be found at almost any grocery stores. They are just called "cookies with peanut butter cups" or something like that.

What did you mean in recipe about 1 cup crushed cookie w/peanut cups??? Is this a kind of cookie I really would like to try this but not sure about cookies
