Chunky Garden Gazpacho Ingredients
15 ounce
Tomato sauce
(about 1 1/2 cups)
1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper
2 tablespoon
Olive oil
1 medium Green
pepper
chopped
2 tablespoon
Red wine vinegar
1 stalk
Celery
chopped
1 tablespoon
Honey
1 medium
Cucumber
seeded, chopped
1 medium
Tomato
cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 teaspoon Hot
pepper
sauce
1 small
Red pepper
sweet, chopped
Herb garlic
crouton
s to serve
1 clove
Garlic
finely minced
Plain
yogurt
to serve
1 each
Scallion
chopped
Instructions for Chunky Garden Gazpacho
In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine the tomato sauce, olive oil, vinegar and honey. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Chill until serving time, at least 1 hour.
Top each serving with one of the suggested garnishes.
