Big Green Egg - Souffl'e, Corn Ingredients

0.5 cup Butter 2 can 16Ozs. Can Creamed Corn
1 2 6 1/2Oz Pkg Corn Muffin Mix; (other brands woul 4 Eggs
16 ounces Sour Cream

Instructions for Big Green Egg - Souffl'e, Corn

Melt the butter in a 9? x 13? casserole dish.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl until moistened.
Pour into the casserole dish.
Stabilize egg at 350? with plate setter (legs down) and spacers to keep pan from direct contact with plate setter.
Place pan on spacers and bake at 350? for 45 to 60 minutes or until it is golden brown on top.
Bake a little longer for a more cake-like consistency or a little less if you want it
