A simple pork mince and greens stir fry
Add beans to a saucepan of boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. Rinse in cold water. Drain
Heat oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry garlic, ginger and pork for 5 minutes or until pork is browned. Add beans, onion, combined sauces, juice and sugar. Stiry-fry for 3 minutes or until heated through. Stir in herbs. Sprinkle with nuts and serve at once.
Always slice and dice all ingredients for stir frys before you begin. Since stir frys are meant to be cooked quickly, BE PREPARED should be your motto!
