Ginger-glazed Carrots ( 1 Point) Ingredients

4 cups carrots cut into 1/4-inch1/2 cup apple juice
slices 8 medium2 teaspoons margarine
1/2 cup water 1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup dry white wine 1 tablespoon lemon juice
OR 2 teaspoons packed brown sugar

Instructions for Ginger-glazed Carrots ( 1 Point)

Cook all ingredients except lemon juice and brown sugar in 10-inch skilletover medium heat 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until liquid hasevaporated. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in lemon juice and brownsugar.Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrots are glazed.
