I would suggest adding some fresh ground pepper, ceyenne pepper and some tabasco sauce. This doesn't add calories does it? Keep working it and serve on a bun with slice onion and pickle.......YUM

Super-easy and yummy. I put my crock on low for 8 hours and it came out great. Served with baked sweet potato fries.

ooooooooooh... yummy!! It's so good, that I had it for breakfast this morning (okay, so I'm weird that way) just as you see in the photo (with the broccoli slaw salad on it)

Adding in the Kaiser Roll, I calculate it to be 6.6 points, plus a wee bit for the slaw. Nice, low point, satisfying lunch.

The only change I'd make is to put more than one pork tenderloin in the crock pot if you have room. The one I made isn't going to last long.
