Pulled Pork (4 Points For The Pork) Ingredients
1 can (12 oz) Diet Coke
1 cup
Ketchup

Pork Tenderloin
1 teaspoon
Garlic

1 package Rolls
Instructions for Pulled Pork (4 Points For The Pork)
Put all the ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on high for 4-5 hours. Pull the pork apart and place it on a bun or roll. Enjoy!

Super-easy and yummy. I put my crock on low for 8 hours and it came out great. Served with baked sweet potato fries.

ooooooooooh... yummy!! It's so good, that I had it for breakfast this morning (okay, so I'm weird that way) just as you see in the photo (with the broccoli slaw salad on it) Adding in the Kaiser Roll, I calculate it to be 6.6 points, plus a wee bit for the slaw. Nice, low point, satisfying lunch. The only change I'd make is to put more than one pork tenderloin in the crock pot if you have room. The one I made isn't going to last long.
