Stir-fried Shrimp and Vegetables Ingredients

lb shelled ice shrimp thawed c sliced water chestnuts
2 Tbs vegetable oil c green beans thinly cut
c broccoli chopped 1/3 c celery thinly sliced
c carrots sliced 1 Tbs powdered ginger
c sugar snap peas 1 clove garlic minced
c red bell peppers sliced

Instructions for Stir-fried Shrimp and Vegetables

Prepare fried rice according to package instructions, set aside on warm.
In a large skillet or wok heat oil on medium high heat then add vegetables,
cook for 3 minutes. Stir in ginger and garlic. Add shrimp and cook for
3 more minutes.

Serve on top of rice.
