Shante’s Mac-N-Cheese Ingredients

1 lb. (16 oz.) Elbows 2 eggs
1 lb. Colby Cheese 3 cups milk
1 lb. Cheddar Cheese Salt and Pepper to taste
8 oz. Velveta Cheese

Instructions for Shante’s Mac-N-Cheese

Boil noodles to specifications on box for al dente. Grate all cheeses and cube valveta. Drain noodles and rinse with cold water. Pour noodles into a large casserole dish. Mix ¾ of all cheeses into noodles. Mix 2 eggs with 1 cup of milk (beat mixture) add to noodles and cheese mixture. Mix remaining cheese and milk into noodle mixture. Cover with foil.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 30 min. Take out after 30 min and stir well. Put back in oven for 30 additional minutes uncovered.
